
Introducing Chef Albert Schlaepfer
Beginning with Albert’s education in Zurich, Switzerland, Chef Schlaepfer has had 30 years of international and domestic experience.
Starting at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, Canada, Chef Albert has worked at some of the most prestigious establishments in major markets such as Atlanta, Chicago and Indianapolis. He has achieved success in every aspect of culinary operations that he has been affiliated with. We are honored and excited to utilize his skills here at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center and Amber Grill in Stevens Point. Anticipate a delectable dining experience with one of the Chef’s feature items.
Chef Albert is fluent in English, German, Spanish and French and also holds professional associations with the American Culinary Federation, Chefs de Cuisine Association and The American Institute of Wine & Food. Chef Albert has also been involved in events such as the Super Bowl XXXII and the 1998 World Series!
Chef Albert has an intuitive sense of what goes into creating a fulfilling, mouth watering and hearty meal while at the same time using his creativity to enhance your dining experience.
